OHS Girls Tennis Host Two Rounds At Home

The Oskaloosa Girls Tennis hosted the Team Regionals Monday in Oskaloosa. In the first round, Oskaloosa would prevail 5-2 against Chariton in a hard-fought matchup.
Jillian Jennings picked up a huge win for us. Jillian played her best match of the season.

In the second round, Oskaloosa was matched up against Davis County who took care of Centerville with an easy win.
Davis County took care of Oskaloosa 3-5 to move on. Oskaloosa fell behind 2-4 after the singles and had a huge hill to climb. The girls fought hard clear to the end. With the loss this ends the Girls team competition for the season.

The girls will be in Pella Wednesday for Individual State qualifying which starts at 9:00 a.m.
