Upcoming After-school George Daily Youth Theatre camp, New Olympians!

OSKALOOSA, IA— Find your inner Olympian at the New Olympians after school theatre camp with the George Daily Youth Theatre. Camp starts January 29th!

Students will create their own Olympian complete with their own unique abilities. Who replaces Zeus? Can they throw lightning bolts too? These new Olympians could face troubles of their own as they watch over the mortal world and create a showcase to share their stories. The K-5th graders will perform on Wednesday, March 6th at 5:30p.m. The 6th-8th graders will perform on Friday, March 8th at 5:30p.m.

Different age groups will meet on different days during the week. Students in grades K-5th grades will meet Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 2:30-4:30 p.m. starting on Tuesday, January 29th. Campers in 6th-8th grades will meet Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. with camp starting on Thursday, January 31st.

This session is the first after school theatre camp of the year. After New Olympians, the Elementary School Play will hold its auditions on March 4th and the Music Studio Cabaret begins on March 11th.

Registration and payment will be accepted until the first day of camp. If you would like to discuss need-based financial aid or alternate payment plans, those options are available.
