Margaret Ferns, 81, of Gibson, died Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Margaret Ann Davis Ferns was born the daughter of Thurman and Marna Ahlsclager Davis on January 28, 1938.

She is survived by her brothers, Merle and Marvin Davis; her children: Connie Aller, Margie (& Roger) Thomas, Diane (& Daryl) Hall and Dennis Ferns. Margaret also leaves behind nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, March 22, 2019 in the Barnes City Cemetery.
No visitation is planned.
In lieu of flowers Memorials can be made to the Diamond Life Activity Fund.
