Environmental Learning Center

The Mahaska County Conservation Board invites kids ages 5 and younger to the Knee-High Naturalist program titled “What’s Wild?” on Wednesday, March 11th from 10:00-11:00 am at the Environmental Learning Center. At this program, the activities will help kids distinguish between animals that are wild and animals that are not wild.

The Knee-High Naturalist program is designed to help foster learning about nature and exploring the outdoors. We ask that adults bringing the children remain with them during the program.

The program will be held in the Discovery Lab, so please enter the west door on the upper level. The Environmental Learning Center is located on the east side of Oskaloosa at 2342 Hwy. 92 East. If you have questions, contact MCCB at (641)673-9327 Ext. 2.
