Jeremy Hazen, 46, of Oskaloosa, died Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the MHP Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was born February 14, 1973, in Nebraska the son of Allen Hazen and Lannie Bosveld.

Jeremy grew up attending the Oskaloosa High School and received his GED. Jeremy later graduated from Indian Hills Community College with a degree in Auto Mechanics.

Jeremy worked at PAMCO in Oskaloosa as well as various other jobs.

He enjoyed anything pertaining to skateboards and listening to music. His real joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

His family includes his daughter, Hope (& Kole) Cline of Brooklyn, Iowa; three grandchildren: Kaiya, Kayde and Jeremy Cline; his parents, Allen Hazen of Nebraska and Lannie Bosveld of Oskaloosa; and two sisters, Ambjour Hazen-Parsons of University Park, Iowa and April (& Randy) Hill of Denver, Colorado.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Jordan Hazen.

As was his wish, Jeremy’s body has been cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date.
