Evans Wins Fourth Scholar-Athlete Award
Oskaloosa–Gabi Evans (Sr., West Liberty, Iowa, Psychology and Sociology) was honored for her excellence in the classroom as she was named a 2022-2023 NAIA Women’s Bowling Scholar-Athlete Tuesday.
Evans, who was one of nearly 170 individuals who were awarded the honor, owns a 3.70 Grade Point Average. It is her fourth Scholar-Athlete laurel.
To be eligible for the award, athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale, have attended the nominating institution for one full year prior to nomination, and must appear on the sport’s eligibility paperwork.
