Eddyville Man Arrested On Multiple Drug Charges

On November 25, 2013 at about 12:59 a.m. the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop at Walnut & 7th Street, Eddyville IA. Arrested during the traffic stop was Kevin Lynn Galbraith, age 36 of 801 N. 3rd St., Eddyville, Ia. Galbraith was arrested and charged with Driving while Suspended (2 cts); Operation without Registration; Improper use of Registration; Possession with intent to deliver 5 grams or more of Methamphetamine; Possession with intent to deliver less than 50k of Marijuana; Unlawful possession of prescription drug (3 cts).

Galbraith is currently being held in the Wapello County Jail on a $108,000.00 bond.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
