COMMENTS:

Great 1st outing for the Rockets. We passed well at times to run a quick offense along with serving strong. We had many moments of inconsistency that is expected for the 1st night of competition that reflected on the score board. A mixture of experience, talent, and young players make up this team this year. It should be an exciting season. I am proud of the girls for their hard work tonight and their positive attitudes even when we were down on the score board. They never gave up. Good job to everyone. Our next match is on Saturday, Aug. 25 at the West Branch Tournament.
