Doty Presented “International President’s Certificate of Appreciation”

Oskaloosa Lions Club member Deb Doty is presented the “International President’s Certificate of Appreciation”

At the District Convention for 9SE held on March 29-30, 2014, Oskaloosa Lions Club member, District Governor Elect Debbie Doty, received the “International President’s Certificate of Appreciation”. The award is the fourth highest award given by Lions International It was presented in appreciation for her work with our local club and the Lions Club of Iowa from International Director of Wyoming, John Harper and District Governor of District 9SE, Fred Stark. Debbie will serve as District Governor for District 9SE in 2014-2015. Also attending the District Convention were Arvene Bradley; President, Kim Roozeboom and District KidSight Coordinator, Leslie Nuehring.
