Dennis Dale Braaksma, 61 of What Cheer, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney.
As was his wishes his body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held Monday, March 18, 2019 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at the Hilltop Chapel in What Cheer.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
