He is survived by his parents Mr. & Mrs. C. R. Schlesselman; children Bradley (Melissa), Amy (Travis) Reininger and Shelby; grandchildren Caleb, Luke, Jessica, Addison and Teagan; and siblings John, Diane (Jim) Klinger, and Carol (Bob) Rudd.

He was a graduate of Prairie High and University of Northern Iowa. We will hold him forever in our hearts and remember fondly his uncanny ability to recall sports and music trivia, play marathons of cards, and provide his extended family with his wonderful legacy.
