Stop by the Environmental Learning Center for a “Coffee Break” this Friday, June 14 from 9:00-10:00 am, fill up a cup of coffee and indulge in something tasty! This special time is set aside for adults that would like to visit the ELC and talk to others that enjoy nature. It will be a perfect time to learn about the Mahaska County Conservation Board’s upcoming programs and events and tour the building if you haven’t done so already.
Please bring your own coffee cup to help us reduce cost and waste. There is no cost to participate, but donations are appreciated for the coffee and refreshments. We will meet in the Discovery Lab on the upper level of the building, so you can park in the front of the building and walk right in on the west side, or park in back and walk up the outdoor steps to the west entrance. We look forward to seeing you – bring a friend!
The Environmental Learning Center is located in Caldwell Park which is at 2342 Hwy. 92 East, Oskaloosa.
