Carson Macedo Leads 17th Annual Beaver Drill & Tool Jesse Hockett “Mr. Sprint Car” Point Standings Heading into Saturday finale!

(Bill W) Knoxville, IA, August 11, 2018 – Carson Macedo’s finish in Friday’s Speed Sport World Challenge has garnered him the lead in the Beaver Drill & Tool Jesse Hockett “Mr. Sprint Car” point standings. The final event is Saturday night’s 58th Annual 5-hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals finale! Macedo needs only to take the green in the championship event to clinch the “Mr. Sprint Car” title!

Beaver Drill & Tool Company of Kansas City is the new title sponsor of the Beaver Drill & Tool Jesse Hockett Mr. Sprint Car Award for 2018. The Vielhauer family, well-known in the sprint car racing community and owners of Beaver Drill & Tool Co., have increased the prize money to $2,000 for first, $1,250 for second and $750 for third.
