Black Hawk County Suspect Taken Into Custody In Oskaloosa

On February 6, 2019 at approximately 4 p.m., members of the Oskaloosa Police Department and Mahaska County Sheriff’s Department met with members of the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) Police Department in reference to a search warrant to be served within the City of Oskaloosa.

While serving the search warrant at 113 N 4th St, Officers arrested Tre’Mone J. Nimmers on charges out of Black Hawk County, Iowa. The charges consisted of Indecent Exposure, Invasion of Privacy, and Trespass. There were no local charges filed.

It should be noted a criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
