Oskaloosa–Max Lewis (So., Duchesne, Utah, Biology) continues to be recognized for strong grappling as he was named Heart of America Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week Monday.
Lewis earned his first weekly award after pinning a top-20 foe last week.
The sophomore, who owns an 11-4 record, defeated #20 Nigel Burnett of Hannibal-LaGrange last Thursday by fall in a time of 4:46. The #7 wrestler in the NAIA currently has four falls this season.
The award is the first for WPU this year.
