Candi, 57, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015, at the Forensic Nursing Home in St. Peter, Minnesota.

Candace “Candi” Hamilton Chapman was born October 21, 1957 to Dick and Jean (Hamilton) Chapman. Candace was the most giving person with a gentle soul, witty with a sense of humor when she wasn’t taken over by her mental illness.

Her family includes her sister, Connie Chapman; and two brothers: Mike Chapman and Tim Chapman.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa with Pastor Andy Baker of the Central Reformed Church officiating.
The service will be held in Shadowlawn, east of the large pond.
