Plans continue for Community Event at Penn Central Mall

MCRF will host a Dare Ya’ expo in the mall to introduce of all of the incredible clubs, activities, events and organizations available for anyone right here in our own community. Looking for “things to join” in the community, come out to this interactive, engaging event Sunday, March 29th from noon to 4 PM. Experience creative, fun activities with hands-on, interactive stations for all ages, we dare ya’! Center Court will have a scaled down Mahaska Rec trail replica to walk complete with a 8′ RR underpass to walk under, a bridge to cross, and a bench to rest. Along the trail, stop off and golf with Edmundson or Harvest Point golf, learn to throw a disc for disc golf, snack with YMCA, and much more!. Visit with Nelson Pioneer Farm, Eddyville Raceway, Optimists, Rollin’ Oldies, IKES, Blue Zones, YMCA, Adult and Youth Sports, Oskaloosa Library, William Penn, FACE, George Daily, and many more! Over 30 stations. Bike riding, storytime, walking, art, flying, theater, sports conservation, outdoors,history, cars, whatever the interest, we will likely have it!
