Webinar Encore

All Bugs Good and Bad are monthly webinars presented nationally by eXtension. They provide practical information utilizing Extension staff across the nation. Kaci Buhl, Oregon State University & National Pesticide Information Center (NPIC) presented a webinar on Pesticide

Strategy February 6, 2015. The NPIC is the source for science based pesticide information. All consumers can utilize their website ( www.npic.orst.edu ), inquire by phone or email. Kaci’s presentation covered steps for developing a pesticide strategy, ANY pesticides, not just synthetic herbicide and insecticide. She discussed using pesticides safely and effectively. Mahaska County Extension will host a viewing of the archived webinar Tuesday March 3 at 7 pm. This is an hour well spent if you plan to use pesticides EVER. It will be held at the Mahaska County Extension Office, 212 North I Street, Oskaloosa.
