Arzani is one of fifteen individuals in the world to be certified as a 5th Level Coach by Jay Niblick— author of “What’s Your Genius”. He travels the world speaking to a variety of organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses, helping employers and their employees achieve greater results and success by empowering individuals to capitalize on their talents. Arzani will be speaking on the topic of creating opportunity and leveraging talents.

This year’s convocation will celebrate the largest student body in Penn history, with nearly 1,100 students enrolled on the Oskaloosa campus and roughly 550 more through the College for Working Adults, Distance Learning and Nursing programs. President John Ottosson stated, “This year’s record enrollment is an indicator of the value of a Penn education. Even more noteworthy is that this student body continues to represent the diversity, in all forms, that has been a hallmark of this campus since our founding in 1873. We have students representing more than 40 states and 16 foreign countries right here in Oskaloosa. Their global perspectives and backgrounds add value to the education that all our students gain while attending this University. Mr. Arzani is an engaging speaker and his topic is on point for a student body like ours.”

Mr. Arzani’s presentation on making the most out of opportunities, a topic well-suited for the new and returning students of William Penn University, is sure to be engaging and enlightening for those in attendance. Once again, the University is honored to welcome such a distinguished speaker.
