OFL 3rd & 4th Grade Tryouts

Oskaloosa Football League try-outs on August 5th.

Oskaloosa Football League began their fall season at the Lacey Recreation Complex Tuesday night (August 5th). Third and fourth grade boys took the field at 5:30 p.m. for tryouts which included running, hitting and catching drills as coaches assessed from the sidelines. Parents lined the fences to cheer on their kids and one dad proudly proclaimed, “Yes! Hey awesome job, son!” Following the tryouts, the coaches met in the Mahaska Community Recreation Foundation meeting room to start the draft. Oskaloosa Football League practice begins on August 18th.
