Ottumwa Man Charged With Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree

On Saturday, June 7, 2014, the Ottumwa Police Department received a report of a sexual assault on a 13 year old victim. As a result of an investigation, the Ottumwa Police Department arrested Grant Harrison Troxel, age 28, of 571 S. Ransom, Ottumwa, and charged him with Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree, a Class “C” Felony. Troxel is currently being held in the Wapello County Jail with a $10,000 cash only bond. This investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
