Oskaloosa–Joao Vicente (So., East Providence, R.I., Secondary Education) continues to impress nationally as the NAIA’s third regular season wrestling poll was released Wednesday.

Vicente improved one spot to fourth at 133 pounds.

As a team, William Penn is still unofficially tied with Embry-Riddle (Fla.) for 23rd with 13 points.

Grand View has extended its lead at #1 with 155 points. Montana State-Northern is again second with 106 points, while Missouri Valley is right behind the Lights with 105.5 points. Great Falls (Mont.) (94) and Campbellsville (Ky.) (93.5) flip flop from the last poll to round out the top five.

In the Central Qualifying Group rating, William Penn is still seventh with 44 points. Grand View is against first with 210 points, while Missouri Valley is #2 with 194 points.

For the second-consecutive poll, Vicente is the top grappler at 133 pounds, while fellow 133-pounder Scottie Bonds (Fr., Chicago, Ill., Physical Education) is fifth in the Group. 165-pounder Ishmael Rempson (Jr., Olympia Fields, Ill., Industrial Technology) is also fifth regionally.
