Knoxville Man Charged With Burglary To A Motor Vehicle

On Saturday, December 21, 2013 at approximately 10:49 a.m. the Knoxville Police Department with the assistance of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force, and the Iowa State Patrol executed a search warrant at a home on N. Harlan St. in Knoxville, IA.

Items from several recent burglaries were located in and around the residence.  Dustin Todd, 27 of Knoxville was placed under arrest as a result of the search warrant.  Dustin Todd was transported to the Marion County Jail initially charged with two (2) counts of burglary to a motor vehicle.  Additional charges are expected.

The arrest of a person is merely an accusation.  The arrested person is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
