A Rainy Friday Afternoon

It’s tough to be in the news business this time of year I am finding out. The election is over, so those easy to come by stories are not so easy now. People seem to be marking time until the Holiday’s kick into full swing.

I spent the afternoon visiting around Penn Central Mall, and the Downtown Square for interesting tidbits, and new happenings. As I sat planning, reading and searching for the next “victim” I just let my camera shoot time lapse of the corner of High Avenue and South Market from the vantage point of Smokey Row. It really is interesting to watch the hustle of small town Iowa go by as people finish work and prepare for their weekend.
