Oskaloosa Rotary Club President, Doug Mills, presented Mark McMains and Kim Koelliner of Christian Opportunity Center (COC) with a donation of$282.95 at the December 11, 2012 meeting. The donation includes proceeds from the jar collections passed during weekly meetings for two months.
