MAHASKA COUNTY – Mahaska Health Partnership’s New Sharon Medical Center invites you to an Open House Celebration.
The Open House will be held Wednesday, July 11 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm to congratulate Family Nurse Practitioner Melissa Lamb, ARNP-BC, as she transitions within the MHP family and to welcome Jill Konfrst, ARNP-C, as the new primary care provider at the clinic.
Beginning July 16, Lamb will transition to the main MHP campus in Oskaloosa to join the clinic of Allergy/Pediatric Pulmonology Specialist Ron Graeff, MD. “It’s bitter sweet for me,” Lamb shared. “I am very excited to partner with Dr. Graeff but I’m going to miss the community and all of my patients.”
Lamb has been the primary care provider at New Sharon Medical Center for six years but said she has always wanted to specialize. “I used to work as a pulmonology nurse before my master’s program and I am fascinated by the connection between allergies and respiratory function.”
Upon Lamb’s transition, Family Nurse Practitioner Jill Konfrst, ARNP-C, will become the new primary care provider at the clinic. “I’m very excited to serve the New Sharon community,” Konfrst said. “The clinic staff and Melissa have been so great to work with and I’m looking forward to being part of the MHP team.”
