Oskaloosa, Iowa – Girl Scout Troop Earns First-Aid Badge – Members of Girl Scout Troop 928 in Oskaloosa visited Mahaska Health Partnership Emergency Services the evening of April 9 to earn their First-Aid Badge. Shown is Paramedic Jeremy Carmer, EMT-P, demonstrating how an air cast works on Lyndsey Voss while Myra Patton and Hannah Cassens look on.
