GRINNELL’S BRUS EARNS HONORABLE MENTION ALL-AMERICA HONORS IN 200 FREESTYLE AT NCAA D-III CHAMPIONSHIPS

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Grinnell College’s Michael Brus ’14 has earned honorable mention All-America status in the 200-yard freestyle at the NCAA Division III National Swimming and Diving Championships at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Ind.
Brus swam the preliminary Thursday morning in 1:40.00, the 14th-fastest time. He will compete in the consolation final later Thursday.
Brus has two more events on his slate, as he’ll compete in the 100 backstroke on Friday and 200 backstroke on Saturday.
