People came out and we had a larger turnout than last year, actually, signing up for prizes. I think it was very much a success again, so we just want to encourage you to spend your money locally.”

Chamber events coordinator Karen Hafner also spoke about the day’s event. “Oh it was great, the numbers compared to last year. So much better, and it was a miserable day.”

“It was a good day. It was really a nice day. The crowd was good and I know it was cold out, but you know what? It’s the first cold day we’ve had.” Hafner also said.
