Central football show live at Applebee’s

PELLA — KRLS radio (92.1 FM) announced it will produce the Central College Coaches’ Corner live at Applebee’s restaurant in Pella each Monday this fall.

Veteran sportscaster Trevor Castle, the voice of Dutch football, will host the 30-minute show at 7 p.m. beginning Aug. 29, joined by Central head coach Jeff McMartin, with occasional player interviews as well.

Applebee’s patrons will have the opportunity to ask questions on the air at the restaurant, located at 1600 Washington Street on the west side of Pella, and Castle will also take fan questions via email at trevorcastle@kniakrls.com.

The show can also be accessed through the Central athletics website (www.central.edu/athletics) or at www.kniakrls.com.

KRLS is again providing live broadcasts of all Central football games throughout the season, starting with the Sept. 3 opener at Wis.-Oshkosh.
