Original Story
A severe storm bring 60 mph winds and hail the size of golf balls and reaching two inches in size pounded the county shortly after 4:15 a.m.
Residents at first light were checking their cars and trucks for damage. Roofs, air conditioners, potted plants were just some of the early reports of damage. Leaves seem to be plastered to most everything as the hail and winds did their share of damage to the trees.
Even now, nearly 4 hours after the storm started, the remains of the hail can still be found in the grass and other protected areas.
If you have info or pictures on the storm please send us an email to info@oskynews.org or join us on our Facebook Page, and we will continue to share and update with the collected photo’s and information.
