GRINNELL’S DMITRIY GLUMOV NAMED MWC MEN’S TENNIS PERFORMER OF THE WEEK

GRINNELL, Iowa – For the second time in three weeks, Grinnell College has the Midwest Conference Men’s Tennis Performer of the Week.
Dmitriy Glumov ’11, from Tampa, Fla., was a perfect 4-for-4 over the weekend, winning a pair of matches at No. 2 singles and teaming with Juan Carlos Perez to win twice at No. 1 doubles as the Pioneers topped Carroll University 9-0 and Central College 8-1.
Glumov and Perez, ranked 20th in region, are now 6-2 in doubles play this season. Glumov owns a 5-3 mark in singles.
