Gibbons Receives First-Team All-Heart Recognition

Oskaloosa–Aiden Gibbons (Fr., Apollo Beach, Fla., Sports Management) had a huge spring, and for his efforts he was named to the 2026 all-Heart of America Athletic Conference Rocket League teams that were announced Friday.

Gibbons was one of three individuals picked for the first team, while an additional three players collected second-team all-league recognition.

Gibbons, who plays under the name ‘Busan’, ranked second in the Heart in both score (545) and saves (51). ‘Score’ reflects all interactions with the ball, including goals, saves, epic saves, ball hits, and shots on goal.

The freshman helped William Penn to a 4-4 record in its inaugural campaign.

Alex Gustke of Columbia was chosen as Heart Player of the Year, while Columbia’s Aaron Shockley was named Heart Coach of the Year.
