Dr. Tapryal, a Board-Certified Hospitalist by the American Board of Internal Medicine, brings his enthusiasm and dedication, helping our team provide 24/7 Trauma, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics, Respiratory, and Emergency Medicine care for our community.
Dr. Tapryal has served in previous leadership roles including over three years at the University of Mississippi in Grenada as Chair of Medicine, Medical Director, and Chief Hospitalist. His expertise and experience are a welcome addition to Mahaska Health’s mission to serve the community with kindness and empathy and further elevate the quality of care for our patients, especially in critical and emergent care situations.
