Indians Bowlers Fall To Newton

The Oskaloosa Boys and Girls had a rough day on the lanes losing to Newton on Saturday.

The Osky boys were only down 10 pins after the singles games and it went back and forth in the first 4 baker games but they ended losing the last game and lost by 45 pins total to newton.

The boys were led by Trey VanWyk with the high 2 game series of 407 with games of 214 and 193. Marshall Seibert had the high game for the day for the boys with a 215 first game and then had a 186 game for a 2 game series of 401 for his series. Marshall has been working hard at improving and its starting to pay off.

The Osky Girls were led by Sidney Thompson who had the high 2 game series with a 382 and games of 211 and 171. Ava Ridenour had the high game of the day with a 214 game and was second for her series with a 341 series. We will finally get to have a practice on Monday, so they will be working on spare shooting and reaching out to their target on the lane.
