Osky Boys Golf In Action At Albia

The varsity boys were back in action today for a 9 hole meet in Albia. They finished 2nd to the home team by a couple shots, firing a 163 as a team. It was a balanced scoring attack as the back end of the squad showed some improvements from last week. The team finished ahead of Clarke, Chariton and Moravia.

Johnathon Terpstra led the team with a +2 38, birdying 2 of his last 3 holes for a strong finish. Carter Blanco finished at 41, Tucker DeJong 42, Garrett Roethler a season best 42, and Ryan Carriker and Linus Morrison finished at 43.

The depth of the team is strong and soon we will see some of those low 40 scores drop down into the 30’s and the team scores will look much better!

Meer Patel and Caleb Cohrt got a chance to compete as a limited JV team and shot 47 and 48 respectively.
