Branstad appoints Andrea J. Dryer as District Court Judge in the First Judicial District

(DES MOINES) – Gov. Terry E. Branstad today appointed Andrea J. Dryer to the District Court in the First Judicial District. Dryer, 44, of Cedar Falls, received her law degree from the University of Iowa and is currently serving as the Assistant Public Defender in the Waterloo Public Defender’s Office.
