Dr. David Evans was a professor of music at William Penn University from 1978 through 1992. He died in 2019. His students remember his energy, his imagination, and treasure his influence on their lives and careers.

Kerry Evans and family will be in attendance. Penn graduates Phil Wise, Kent Keating, Anita Meinert, Dan Lastovka, Jim Dunn, Bruce Peiffer, Scott Landon, and Mark Ferri will provide some of the musical entertainment. Kent Keating and Dr. Fred Spano will direct a rehearsal (during the social time) of Dr. Evans’ arrangements of “Precious Lord” and his “Spiritual Medley.” Contact hammessharon@gmail.com for more information or for digital copies of Dr. Evans’ pieces.
