Suspect Wanted in Albia Road BP Robbery

Initial Information:

On Monday, December 22nd, 2014, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a suspect robbed the attendant at the Albia Road Bp gas station. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s, that left the area on a bicycle heading East on Albia Road. A weapon was displayed during the Robbery but the victim was not injured. No arrests have been made at this time.

New Information:

On Wednesday, December 24th, 2014, the Ottumwa Police Department obtained arrest warrants for Joshua Todd Ware, age 25, for Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class “C” Felony and Lottery Fraud, a Class “D” Felony.

Ware is suspected to reside at various locations for short periods of time in the Ottumwa area. He is described as 5’08” tall and weighing 176 pounds. Ware also has brown hair and brown eyes.
