Summer Food Service Program Open Sites June 5-July 31, 2024
Oskaloosa Community School District is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:The below sites will serve every Wednesday from June 5th through July 31:
11:15-11:45 AM: Oskaloosa Public Library – 301 S Market Street, Oskaloosa
11:45 AM-12:15 PM: University Park Community Center – 1204 Center Street, University Park
11:30 AM-12:30 PM: Oskaloosa Elementary School – 1801 Orchard Avenue, Oskaloosa
11:30 AM-12:00 PM: Oskaloosa Middle School – 1704 North 3rd Street, Oskaloosa
12:00-12:30 PM: Webster Building – 508 South 7th Street, Oskaloosa
12:00-12:30 PM: Friends Church Parking Lot – 812 North C Street, Oskaloosa
4:30-5:30 PM – North Mahaska Jr/Sr High School – 2163 135th Street, New Sharon

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
