Statesmen of the Week: Amir Everett and Lydia Huston

Oskaloosa–Football player Amir Everett (Jr., Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sports Management) and women’s volleyball player Lydia Huston (Jr., Kansas City, Mo., Biology) have been named the Statesmen of the Week for the week of September 23-29, presented by Gardner-Collier Jewelry.

Everett accounted for over one-third of William Penn’s 216 receiving yards against Graceland. The junior hauled in six passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns, including a 42-yard reception.

Huston recorded 45 assists Saturday against Culver-Stockton. She also posted five service aces and 15 digs.
