Great match for the girls tonight. We controlled the match right from the start and took that first set with ease. This was a great boost for our confidence after coming off a tough loss to Albia Monday night. The second and third sets we let down our intensity and gave them too many opportunities to stay with us. Our blocking and serving were aggressive creating points for us. Controlling passes on the free balls was so much better tonight as well. Overall we played great to start this first round in the postseason. I am proud of their composure throughout the match and how at the end of the last 2 sets we went up a level of intensity when we needed it to finish out the match. Our next match is Tuesday against Chariton at EBF.
