(Phyllis) Jean Kanselaar Steele, 84, of Oskaloosa, passed away Saturday November 13, 2021, at her home in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
As was Jean’s wish, her body will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held November, 19,2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the VFW in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
