Ottumwa PD Reports Inmate Escape

This is a statement by the Ottumwa Police Department.
Ottumwa, Iowa – The correctional facility located at 245 Osage Drive in Ottumwa just reported an escape by an inmate. Katherine Heredia, white female, 5’0″, brown hair, blue eyes, and wearing a pink “hoody” just fled from the facility. If you see her, call 9-1-1 immediately.
