Oskaloosa JV Basketball Takes On Fairfield

JV Boys Basketball vs Fairfield

The JV boys basketball squad kicked off their season Monday night against the Fairfield Trojans. This game was in the Indians’ control from start to finish, however, Fairfield made a late push to make it interesting in the 4th quarter. The Indians came out of the gate with some hot shooting and tough defense, and continued this throughout the game. Fairfield had some hot shooting from beyond the arc in this game as well. Oskaloosa was able to maintain their grit to out-rebound Fairfield late in the game to secure the victory.

The final score had Oskaloosavictorious with a final score of 55 to 48. The JV Indians will look to continue to improve as they take on Pella Christian next in a road test on Friday, December 2nd.
