“The girls played pretty well and shot a score of 441. We were led by Reese Milburn (104) and Gracie DeRonde (107),” Sheeley said. “Today’s course is very tough, and I am proud of how they played.”

Milburn led the team with a two-round total of 104, shooting 50 in the first nine holes and 54 in the back nine. DeRonde followed closely with a 54-53 split for a final score of 107.

Additional scores include Rian Allman, who shot 60 in the first round and 55 in the second to finish with 115. Leah Cohrt matched Allman’s total with a 60-55 split for 115. Sheeley emphasized the team’s consistent progress and remained optimistic about their potential heading into the regional meet.

“We continue to show improvements in every area, but our scores are not necessarily reflective of it. We will continue to work on our game in hopes that we peak at the regional meet on May 15!”
