Oskaloosa City Band Ready For Second Performance

The Oskaloosa City Band will perform their weekly concert on the city’s historic square Thursday evening, June 11, 2015 at 8 p.m.
The city band concerts offer the opportunity for you and your friends and family to enjoy a wide variety of music. While listening to the music, attendees can interact with each other while enjoying popcorn, sno-cones and lemonade (provided free each week).
This week’s program includes a variety of marches, overtures, show tunes, and jazz classics. Each week, the band plays a tune for anyone who may be celebrating a birthday or anniversary. If you would like to recognize someone’s special occasion, you may give the information to any band member before the concert.
