Beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2013 the Oskaloosa Police Department will resume enforcement of the two-hour parking restrictions within the downtown central business district. Violations could result in a $10.00 fine to anyone not obeying this ordinance. We ask that citizens use the public parking areas around the central business district if you will be parked for more than two hours.
