Jeff Jackman Claims Top Prize in ‘Big 7s’ Scratch Game

CLIVE, Iowa — A Mahaska County man has won a $100,000 lottery prize.

Jeff Jackman of Oskaloosa claimed the fifth of eight top prizes available in the Iowa Lottery’s “Big 7s” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Jim & Charlie’s Affiliated Foods, 121 N. Clinton St. in Albia, and claimed his prize Friday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
