Little League County Tournament brings regular season to an end

Oskaloosa Little League held their county tournament Sunday June 23rd at the Lacey Recreation Complex. This puts an end to the regular season for Little League, but the All-Stars teams will move forward to compete. All of the teams dug deep and played their best over the weekend to try to win a medal at the awards ceremony. Several times one team had a last inning rally in order to conquer an opposing team. Over the whole week of baseball, more than 2,000 fans visited the Lacey Complex to cheer on their favorite teams.
